Meet the groomer
Hi, I’m Bethany – the heart and hands behind Dawn of De-Shed. I’m a mobile pet groomer, animal lover, and a woman of faith who believes every pet deserves to be treated with compassion, care, and kindness.
I started this business to create a stress-free, personalized grooming experience that meets pets where they’re most comfortable—right at home. My specialty is de-shedding treatments that help reduce shedding, promote healthy skin and coats, and keep your home a little cleaner (and a lot less furry).
The name Dawn of De-Shed was born out of both creativity and purpose. It’s a playful twist on “Dawn of the Dead,” but instead of zombies, I’m fighting off fur! It also reflects something deeper—a new beginning for your pet’s comfort and care. Just like the dawn brings a fresh start, each grooming session is a fresh, healthy reset for your pet. It’s my way of combining fun, function, and faith into something meaningful.
As a Christian, my faith is central to how I treat animals and serve my clients. I believe in doing everything with integrity, love, and a servant’s heart. Whether your pet is anxious, aging, or just extra fluffy, I approach each session with patience and respect—just as I believe God calls us to care for all His creatures.

For those who want a dramatic rise from the dead… or just a really cool cut. Creative trims, breed standards, mohawks, or monster makeovers—this is your glam zone. (Add-ons like temporary color and hair dye available upon request.)
